I pay for 1.5Mbps and get 0.134Mbps. This is ridiculous. If I wanted dial up speeds I'd pay 10 bucks a month for dial up instead of 38 for this crap. the technical support people don't help at all. unreliable. slow. and unhelpful. don't use qwest.
